In many cases, the thought of training alone can often be the reason that people fail to commit to an exercise programme. However, many people find that the atmosphere and friendly competition that you get from a group class is what they need to help keep them consistent with their training.
At TAYLOR-MADE FITNESS we offer Circuit classes and Tabata classes for smaller groups of up to 6 people per class. Classes are one hour long and are booked in advance over a course of 10 classes.
All of our classes are performed in the gym and incorporate a combination of Cardiovascular movements, Free Weights, Kettlebells, Resistant Machines, and Sretching movements.
